At Ehzar (إحزر), we respect your privacy. We use your information only to operate the game, improve your experience, and protect your account.

You can try the game for free without creating an account. If you register, we may collect your name, email address, login information, game credits, selected categories, gameplay history, and preferences.

We may also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes.

We use your information to manage your account, save game progress, process game credits and purchases, prevent misuse, and resolve technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to maintain login sessions, save games, and remember preferences. We only use advertising or measurement cookies after you consent (see “Advertising and Google” below). We use Vercel Analytics to count visits and measure site speed anonymously, without cookies.

We may show Google AdSense ads on some public pages (home, how to play, and the store), never during gameplay or in kids mode. We may use Google Ads to measure how many people sign up or make a purchase after seeing our ads.

Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve, personalise, and measure ads. We only load these services after you consent, and we use Google Consent Mode so that every permission stays denied until you choose.

We use trusted service providers, including Supabase, Vercel, and Google, to operate our platform. Your information may be processed outside your country.

We apply appropriate security measures, including encrypted connections, although no online service is completely secure.

We retain account information while your account remains active. Certain technical and security records may be kept for limited periods.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Deleting your account also removes associated game credits and benefits.

Accounts are intended for users aged 13 or older, or the minimum age required by local law. Younger children may play under parental supervision using a parent’s account.

We may update this policy when introducing new features, including payment or advertising services. Changes will be published on this page.
